A 30% additional charge will apply for all venue rentals for events outside of normal business hours

  • Technolgy Fee: A $25 / hour technology fee may be applied to any events requesting the use of various technology in any venue. (Projection, microphone, sound system, etc.) Fee is applied only for duration of technology use, not necessarily the whole event time.
  • Use of Alcohol: Event Clients that are renting the facility and wish to serve alcohol at their event are required to have a UL Security Officer with a 4 hour minimum for the duration of time that alcohol will be served. LITE Event Coordinator will schedule officer, the client is required to absorb all costs of hiring a security officer.
  • Custodial Service Fee: Food and drink are NOT allowed in the LITE Theatre or Executive Conference Room, however if the Client requests food and drink to be allowed in the venues, the Client will be charged a $200 custodial service fee.
  • LITE Event Team Cost: In the event that a Client requires a member of the LITE Event Team to "Produceā€ the event, LITE will charge the Client an hourly rate for the use of the team member.
  • Any event scheduled less than two (2) weeks prior to event date is subject to a $50 late fee.
